Using the parameters from my previous best fit to the Boera \(P(k)\):

\[\beta_\mathrm{H}^\mathrm{ion} = 1.1\] \[\alpha E_\mathrm{H} = 0.7\]

The Helium photoheating and photoionization rates are the same as from Villasenor et al (2021)
